These Terms govern your use of the Vessla app, published by CPoP Studio (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Vessla, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. Vessla is intended for use where such a marketplace is lawful.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your account secure. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings in the app, which removes your profile and associated content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Vessla is a venue, not a broker
Vessla lists boats and connects buyers with sellers. Vessla is not a party to any sale. We do not take custody of vessels or funds, do not provide escrow, and do not act as a yacht broker, dealer, or agent. In particular:
- We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any listing, or the condition, title, or liens of any vessel.
- Buyers are responsible for their own inspection, survey, sea trial, and title search.
- We do not guarantee that any transaction will complete.
4. Listing rules
Sellers must own, or have authority to sell, the vessel they list, and must describe it accurately. List each vessel once and mark it as sold when it is no longer available. Prohibited, illegal, or misleading listings are not allowed.
5. Objectionable content and conduct — zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on Vessla. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users. We may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that violate this policy.
You can report a listing from within the app, and you can block another user to stop receiving messages from them. We review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.
6. Moderation
Listings are reviewed before they appear in the marketplace. We may approve, reject, flag, remove, or restore any listing at our discretion, with or without notice.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app so it can function as a marketplace. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
8. Messaging
Use messaging only for legitimate communication about listings. Do not use it for fraud, spam, or off-platform schemes. We may access message content where necessary for safety, moderation, and support.
9. Fees
Vessla currently charges no fees. We may introduce fees in the future with advance notice.
10. Disclaimers
Vessla is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPoP Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dispute, transaction, or interaction between users.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
