This Privacy Policy describes how CPoP Studio (“we,” “us”) handles information in the Vessla mobile application for iPhone and iPad. Vessla is a marketplace for listing and discovering boats, where sellers publish listings and buyers browse and message them. Using Vessla requires an account.

Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Account: email address, display name, and phone number.
- Location: the city you enter and the coordinates derived from that city. See “About location” below.
- Listings: the text, specifications, price, and photos you add to a listing.
- Messages: the messages you exchange with other users about listings.
- Support & moderation: support requests, feedback, and any listing reports you submit.
Information generated as you use the app:
- Activity: listings you view and like, used for “recently viewed” and saved listings.
- Saved searches: searches you choose to save.
- Push token: a device token used to deliver push notifications, if you enable them.
About location
Vessla does not collect precise device location. The app never requests location permission and contains no GPS or location-manager access. The coordinates we store are derived from the city you type and select, using Apple’s MapKit, so nearby listings can be shown. This is approximate, city-level location only.
How we use your information
To operate the marketplace, connect buyers and sellers, show relevant and nearby listings, moderate content, deliver notifications you have enabled, and provide support.
What other people can see
Published listings — including their photos, price, city, and the seller’s display name and verification status — are visible to other signed-in users. When you contact a counterparty through messaging, the contact details you share (such as phone or email) become visible to that person. Drafts and listings that have not been approved are visible only to their owner.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics SDKs. We share data only with the service providers that run the app:
- Supabase — hosting, database, storage, and authentication for all application data.
- Apple (APNs) — your device token and notification content, solely to deliver push notifications.
Data retention and deletion
Original uploaded images are deleted approximately 30 days after they are processed into the display versions used in listings. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings inside the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and cascades to your listings, messages, likes, views, saved searches, and device tokens.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your personal information. Account deletion is available directly in the app; for other requests, contact support@cpopstudio.com.
Security
Data is protected with row-level security, encryption in transit, and access-restricted storage buckets so that content is only reachable by those authorized to see it.
Children
Vessla is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
