This Privacy Policy describes how CPoP Studio (“we,” “us”) handles information in the Pinta Puzzle mobile application for iPhone and iPad. Pinta Puzzle is designed to work offline. We do not operate accounts, analytics backends, or ad networks for this app.

Information the app uses on your device
Pinta Puzzle lets you create jigsaw puzzles from photos you choose or capture. That content is processed and stored only on your device in the app’s private storage.
- Photo library: When you pick an existing photo, the system photo picker shares that image with the app so it can become a puzzle. We do not upload it.
- Camera: When you take a photo in the app, the image is used to create a puzzle and stays inside Pinta Puzzle on your device. We do not upload it.
- Puzzle progress & preferences: Saved puzzles, piece progress, themes, and settings are stored locally on your device.
What we do not collect
For Pinta Puzzle, CPoP Studio does not:
- Require an account or sign-in
- Collect personal information on our servers
- Sell or share your data with third parties
- Use advertising or marketing trackers
- Include third-party analytics SDKs
- Track you across other companies’ apps or websites
The app does not need an internet connection to play. We do not receive your photos, puzzles, or gameplay data over the network.
Permissions
iOS may ask for access to the camera so you can take a photo to turn into a puzzle. You can deny camera access and still use photos from your library via the system picker. You can change permissions later in iOS Settings.
Data retention and deletion
Because puzzle data lives on your device, deleting Pinta Puzzle (or clearing the app’s data via iOS) removes the photos and progress the app stored. We do not hold a separate cloud copy.
Children
Pinta Puzzle does not target children for data collection. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes that affect how the app handles data will be reflected here before they take effect in a new app version when applicable.
