What you can do

• Compose by drawing and editing note events on a retro piano roll.
• Record ideas straight from the laptop keyboard, using A S D F G H J K L ;.
• Play back a timeline rendered through the same chiptune synthesis model as the export.
• Save projects as editable .bs files.
• Export finished sketches as WAV or MP3.

Installing

Open the DMG and drag Bittersweet to your Applications folder. The build is Developer ID signed and notarized, so macOS will open it without a security prompt. Once installed, Bittersweet checks for its own updates — new versions arrive in the app.
